I like to think I don’t complain much, but when I am trying to find A-players for a client……and then the client goes silent and doesn’t communicate, it tests my patience. It’s not just about me…it’s about the perception it creates about the client’s company and employment brand. I think hiring managers sometimes forget that the hiring process puts them under a microscope.
