Dave Mason joined STRe Solutions in March, 2007. Previously Dave was a partner in a boutique search firm specializing in senior level positions in Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Business Development and General Management. He places great emphasis on candidate and client relations, professionalism, service and tenacity.

Dave has extensive experience in the interim placement and consulting industry. His entry into the search business began in 1987 with a major national finance search firm as a Territory Manager in Silicon Valley. He subsequently developed and successfully grew their Interim Executive Placement Division, one of the earliest in the industry. He went on to found and grow a medium-sized staffing firm before becoming a partner in his own firm. Prior to entering the search business, Dave held several management roles in Finance and Accounting, including a Controller role with a publicly-held Biopharmaceutical Company.

Dave holds a BS Degree in Business Administration from the Menlo School of Business Administration. He is an avid cyclist and member of the Webcor/Alto Velo bicycle racing club.
