Leslie Paulides joined STRe Solutions in November, 2007. Prior to her current role as Vice President Client Services, Leslie served as our Director of Business Development. She is a Big 4 CPA with over 20 years experience in finance, accounting and management. Leslie is passionate about organizational development where she enables organizations to structure themselves for sustainable success.

Prior to joining STRe Solutions, Leslie was Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller at Network Appliance, a $3B public company. She successfully grew the finance organization from 7 people to over 300 during her 10 year tenure. Her initial responsibilities included IT, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Treasury and Accounting. As the company expanded, Leslie was instrumental in building out the organization and skills capabilities to support the CFO and the needs of a rapidly growing public technology company, while maintaining the traditional Corporate Controller management of governance, financial statement integrity, accounting operations, and business process transformation. She also held many positions in finance management at Quantum following her public accounting career at Arthur Andersen. She was an auditor in the San Jose office, working primarily with large clients including Oracle and Amdahl.

Leslie has a BA Degree in Finance and is a California CPA. She is actively involved in the Los Gatos Union School District as a member of the Budget Advisory Committee.
