Sue has 20+ years of extensive hands-on financial and
management experience and more than 7 years experience as a
CFO. She has led 3 IPOs and several acquisitions.
Marilyn Kanas • Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Marilyn joined STRe Solutions in September, 2006 as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner.
She is a former sales and marketing executive with experience
at start-ups and medium to large public companies.
David Mighdoll • Vice President
David is a former corporate CFO with 30 years experience at both Fortune
100 and private companies. He brings a wealth of expertise to
executive recruiting and placement.
Diane Lawlis • Senior Account Manager
Diane has 15+ years' experience as a career coach and recruiter. She has spent five of those years
focused on recruiting Finance and Accounting executives for Fortune 50 to 500 companies and for public accounting firms.
David Mason • Interim Talent Solutions Practice Director
Dave is a former partner in a
boutique search firm specializing in senior level positions. He
has extensive experience in the interim placement and consulting industry.
Elizabeth (Liz) Verea-Semion • Senior Account Manager
Liz is a former Finance and Supply Chain Management consultant for private and
publicly held companies in diverse industries, including contract manufacturing,
telecommunications, and behavioral health services.
Leslie Paulides • Advisory Board Member
Leslie is the CFO of the Los Gatos Union School District. She is
a former Big 4 CPA with 20+ years experience in finance,
